Hair is like a living plant in the soil. To grow hair, it needs air/aeration; sunlight from time to time; moisture/water; and nutrients in the form of oil, shampoo, and conditioner. It also needs routine infused treatment and less frequent handling. Spray with water to loosen braided/styled hair; and apply scalp moisturizing oil immediately after making the hair. Handling the hair when it's dry leads to unneeded breakage. Preferably use distilled room temperature for washing (or spraying) to keep the hair and scalp as clean (or softened) as often as possible. Heat Protectors when using heat on the hair is highly recommended. Pat the hair soft towels (cotton or microfiber) instead of rubbing on it which hurts the hair structure.
