Job Layoffs! What's Next?

Each Person chooses their Career based on a number of reasons that sometimes are outside of their control, but constantly present itself. Just because one loses their Job does not mean they have lost their Career, nor should it make them feel inferior in anyway.

It is best to remain respectful and honourable to oneself and others. Ask for help if one needs to and never give up!

We cannot be everything, and so we need diversification, appreciation, innovation, and inter-dependency. Independence means that one is self-sufficiency, but that is not feasible throughout our lives. Dependence means we are not contributing anything, which is unpleasant in every community. Inter-dependence is where everyone brings something to the table for the benefit of others.

What one brings to the table should never be under-estimated if one does so with all their ability (heart and being). Everything that is contributed like this is very meaningful and would eventually get better with time.

Whenever one experiences layoff, it is wonderful to start a great business if one has the aptitude; but if not, it is also perfect to relearn/upgrade one's skills and knowledge to join the same or a totally different industry, back into the prestigious and value-adding workforce that helps run our world.

Which ever path one chooses, they should always remember that they are doing well and are not alone in the journey.
